1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days total

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping Canada-wide on all orders.

3. Where is HomeLumio based?

HomeLumio is a Canadian online lighting store offering a curated range of cordless lamps, table lamps, and ambient lighting for modern homes. We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

4. What if I receive a faulty or damaged lamp?

If your lamp arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll organize the return and replacement.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
Products must be unused, in original condition and include all packaging.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

8. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every lamp purchased from HomeLumio comes with a 30-day warranty.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within Canada only.

11. Do you have a physical store?

HomeLumio operates entirely online so we can offer a wide range of lighting designs at great prices.

12. Can I place a bulk order for a business or organisation?

Yes. We accept bulk and trade enquiries. Please email our support team for assistance.

13. How do I exchange a product?

If you’d like to exchange a lamp for a different colour or model, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

14. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also use our order tracking page to view your delivery progress.
